WHY I WORK WITH TEENS & YOUNG ADULTS
At 13, mentorship helped me connect to the core of myself—my lev. For the last 12 years, I’ve been trying to help teens and adolescents do the same.
MY APPROACH
A few things I’m into right now
Road biking
Going to the pool with my family
Continuing to learn Spanish
Harry Potter
Exploring the writing of Brandon Sanderson
Nature and movement are allies in healing.
Some of my favorite sessions involve exploring ideas through stories, hiking trails, basketball courts, favorite books, or shared interests—low-pressure spaces where clients can process their story in a way that feels authentic.
Collaborative.
We work together at a pace that feels honest, useful, and shared.
Authentic.
I bring my real self into the work so you can bring yours, too.
Active.
When it helps, we use movement, nature, and real-life experiences.
Warm.
A steady space where you can be honest without feeling judged.
Curious.
We slow down and ask better questions about your story and values.
Encouraging.
We look for strengths, resilience, and the next honest step forward.
